I've gotten some interesting reactions here when I've told people that most state laws against sodomy include oral sex. Men start to sound like Emily Litella...."Never mind......" ;-D

Absolutely!

Today it's Rick Warren style - numbers driven and ENTERTAINMENT driven to lure in the secular entertainment craved. Churches really believe that if they don't offend anyone, offer a good time - they'll sneak em into heaven - with or without their knowledge.

To touch a subject like sodomy could be offensive, in these kinds of "churches", hence a no no. So kids won't be taught what happened there. Besides, those into sodomy might get offended and feel unloved when told it is wrong.

What "churches" are doing is conforming to the weaknesses of THIS world to get their attention - constant need for entertainment. The problem is, IF they get their attention, the church doesn't change them - the ONLY transformation happening is the "church" lowering its standards and conforming to the politically correct world all in the name of Christ.

It's amazingly stupid - not just the method but the LACK of a Biblical message and standards. It's easy to look back on Sodom and Gomorrah and see what happened there - the same thing is happening to "churches". That's another story "churches" won't want to teach because they are forming their own Sodom and Gomorrah churches.

Yeah, the road to hell is typically filled with good intentions.
