Telephone video of the ending in Philadelphia. No charges filed. Another one bites the dust..... Yay store owner! :)
This is the third shooting Lee has been involved in.
The first time he was protected from a shot gun blast in a grocery store robbery. He was unhurt. No other info. provided.
The second time Lee wounded one and put down another.
In this occassion, put down one and wounded the second. The second was shot in the face in back. With the first Lee walked up to the robber while he was distracted and shot him in the head.
No charges to be filed.

The title to this article was different when it was first posted to imply that the shooter had a thug shooting permit. Yo-YO and I were playing off that title. It was a lot funnier before they changed the title back to the articles original title.

It's just that I lived in Montgomery county for many years and always had a concealed carry permit. The permit is good statewide but the Sheriff would always warn me (when the permit was renewed every 5 years) not to carry out of state OR in Philadelphia County.
I misunderstood what he meant. I stand corrected.
