It's happening 3 weeks before it used to occur! Your operating system, among other things, was programmed to change the time on the first Sunday of April, not the second Sunday in March. Thus... the rub.

Your operating system, among other things, was programmed to change the time on the first Sunday of April, not the second Sunday in March. Why does the OS manage the time and not get it instead from a time server?
