A former Iranian deputy defense minister who once commanded the Revolutionary Guard has left his country and is cooperating with Western intelligence agencies, providing information on Hezbollah and Iran's ties to the organization, according to a senior U.S. official.
Ali Rez Asgari disappeared last month during a visit to Turkey. Iranian officials suggested yesterday that he may have been kidnapped by Israel or the United States. The U.S. official said Asgari is willingly cooperating. He did not divulge Asgari's whereabouts or specify who is questioning him, but made clear that the information Asgari is offering is fully available to U.S. intelligence.

Father, thank you for this gift. Please protect Ali's family and friends in Iran. In Jesus Name.
I thought a "US official" told FoxNews he was not talking to us.
He'll talk or we'll just ship him back to Iran.
Yes. Amen and Amen!
Particularly from the globalists and the Islamists.
And from our State Dept.
In Jesus' Name.
Amen.
Sounds like a conversion to me.
This man will save many innocent civilian lives, both Israeli and Iranian.

Lets hope he's not a plant by the Iranians. I'm sure we covered that aspect in the research of just who to kidnap. But I won't put it past our Democrat leaders to be involved in that type of setup - pure treason in other words. Not like they haven't done it before.
AMEN!
Bless all of us who love the Lord, and draw the rest to him.
Why are some so concerned by this ??? He would have to give up some very valuable information, which would be verified/corroborated, and we don't have to act on anything he says.
It's not really an issue unless you're stupid.
Wit a psycho as their president I wouldn't be surprised to see more of these defections.
...then he defected.
else he was prolly snatched.
I guess your right. Only a moron, complete buffoon, or bucket headed twit, would even bring it up one way or the other.
Are you saying their KGB trained spies are not as good as our CIA trained spies? I don't put it past any country that has any modicum of wealth to have as good or better spies than us - regardless of the tests, interrogations, or any type of tool to reveal the truth. A plant is a plant is a plant etc, etc, etc. Regardless you and I won't know until the History Channel has a special on this in 30 years. I'll refrain from argument until then.
Wouldn't surprise me if the Mossad had a hand in making his defection (if that's what it is) possible.
You still don't get it.
