Yeah, you and the post office. The post office is the only place this thing will end up just like its predecessors. I simply hate it when I get a handfull of them for change after putting in a $20 bill for stamps. I dump them at the first opportunity.
It's also used on a "high-speed" commuter transit line in South Jersey. The ticket machine takes only coins, so when you put $5 in the change machine, you get dollar bill coins. I usually go to the bank and get the coins first, causing the tellers to scramble amongst themselves to find enough.
