I remember reading an article that the British system is having a hard time getting Muslims to use the instant alcohol hand cleaners in each room. Also, muslims do not use toilet paper. I wonder if this might be part of this.

Muslims don't use toilet paper? Okay, Okay, we know they are stuck on primitive. But..but they do wipe don't they.... On Sears Roebuck catalogs, Almanacs, news papers.....corn cobs?.......they do wipe it off their fingers and wash their hands.....right?.......right?

It's a good point, though ... proper sanitation may be more important than antibiotics in dealing with opportunistic infections.
