Here's an SI cover you should find more to your liking. As you can see, SI has been in the vanguard of selecting clothing to accommodate global warming.

Dayum. That guy better quick jump in his twin engine propshaft 850 horsepower fuel-sucking cigarette boat and full-trottle it inland to his jacked-up Hummer and scream like a girl all the way up to his 6000 square foot getaway ski house in Aspen. He'll be safe for at least a year or so until Big Water comes for him there but he'll have to kiss his beach summer-villa and Escalade goodbye.

Dear SI,
Please cancel my subscription again. A relative renewed it as a Christmas present. I tolerated it until this week's issue arrived with global warming on the cover. When I want serious scientific and social commentary, I turn to Sports Illustrated. Ha!
Thanks for the laugh.

Glad to hear this. I think it's been three years since opening day was canceled for snow at Wrigley Field. Might be a year or two longer though. Go Warming!

I haven't read an issue of SI, the Sporting News or ESPN magazines in about 3 years. Any info a sports fan--or just about anyone--could possibly need is online now anyway.
That and SI's Paul "Dr. Z" Zimmerman is bitter that his ex-wife slept with Ken Stabler (according to rumor), so he's become dead set against any Raider ever getting into the HOF ever again.

Well, if this is true then we need to immediately move all sports teams from low lying areas. That means SF, Miami, NY, Boston and all the other low altitude teams need to be moved to the center of continental US.
