Sixteen years in the service and you whine like a twelve year old girl who can't go to the mall with her friends. Given your flaming adolescent attitudes I would suggest that perhaps it is not your 'youth' that is keeping your from promotion. Cream always rises to the top.

My oldest is just a bit younger than you. After reading your posts I am even more proud of him than I was before.
