You could have looked it up ~ try "magnets" "colon" "sphincter", and there it is.

That's something I do habitually whenever I find something exceeding strong ~ and, surprise, this time I struck paydirt!

No doubt the guy had a doctor's note.

Great follow-up article. You gotta' remember that in this world just because a guy has a rock in his rectum that doesn't mean it doesn't belong there.

I really was surprised to find that there are medical devices consisting of magnets, wires and batteries that were designed exclusively for use in the rectum.

I did look it up, but I did not find anywhere that "Fadhel Al-Maliki" has one of these devices or a that he has a doctor's note. That's pure conjecture on your part, yet it seems that you're presenting it as fact.

My thought exactly. What kind of security let's a plane fly with luggage on board belonging to a Muslim with a magnet and wires up his butt?

You don't have a sense of humor do you?

Did you fail to notice the authorities let him loose? It's not like he's locked up somwhere with the CIA plumbing his depths or anything.

Now just exactly what does that tell you ~

Actually, he wasn't turned loose.

He was given to Immigration Authorities because his green card expired. Carrying a rock, gum and some wires up your butt is apparently not a crime. ;)

Al-Maliki remains in custody as federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials go over his immigration paperwork. Federal officials say his green card may have expired.

The rock, authorities said he told them, was from another planet.

You know, instead of this being some test-run... maybe he's just a garden variety lunatic?

...and they are not saying that they think he was testing us, only that his behavior was strange. What a joke. This PC bull is gonna be our demise.

He had a rock from another planet up his butt, to alleviate stress. Sorry, Muslim or not this guy's not got all his oars in the water. :-)

Yeah, really.

I have a friend who is Iraqi (he's Christian) and he was a POW in Iran for over 8 years. He escaped Iraq through Turkey, he described several attempts he made, boat trips, etc. and the questions he was asked at the embassy in Turkey, and the joy he felt at beign granted asylum in America. He was in fear for his life - the people there - the muslims - are crazy, he says. They will kill you if you say you know somebody they don't like! He tells me all these things through his broken english, often playing "charades," acting out what happened so I can understand when he just doesn't know the words.

Anyway, I think I'll ask him what he thinks of this guy. Maybe there's some cultural thing in Iraq where if you stick a meteor (I'm wondering if that's what the Iraqi meant when he said it's from another planet) and gum and wire up your butt, it's supposed to have medicinal value. I doubt it, but he's told me some other weird stuff they use as homemade remedies so you never know.

Too funny, have you heard the latest news reports?

He had a stick of gum, a piece of wire, and a rock he claims was from another planet.

I think he has loose screws, it is a sad thing to see someone who has those types of problems, God bless him I hope.

Or, he had an artificial "rock" that's actually a magnet with no sharp edges, hooked up to allow him to relax his sphincter muscle after defecation.

This stuff is fully described on the internet. Notice that you are not seeing quote marks around what this man is supposed to have said.

Could be he was so mortified to find his anus under intense examination by strangers he reverted to some pretty basic pidgin English.

Think about what you'd be doing if the TSA guys started pulling at the wires hooked up to your rectum.

Hmmm I am sitting here thinking of some people I know that ought to have rocks or magnets etc stuck in them. Big EFG I am laughing so hard here. At least I am laughing now. I know I don't ever to plan to fly again thats for sure. Kooks with stuff up their butts... I don't want them to be sitting next to me. Can you just imagine if Lela was sitting by a kook like this and had one of her toys with magnets and it stuck to the guy's rear end? OMG I can picture it ... rofl ~P~
