Oh I doubt this jury let him off...it is a liberal DC jury after all.
I look for Guilty on call counts.
I think Wells sensed this yesterday.
It has to be unanimous on all counts (although it could be G,NG,NG,NG,NG) otherwise they would be hung on at least one count and would have communicated that to the judge.
It was announced earlier that the jury come in today all dressed up. They must have known it was face the TV day.
