Judge Andrew Nap. on Fox saying it WAS a serious verdict and that Libby is looking at possibly 25 years hard time. He was convinced that Libby's otherwise brilliant atty. screwed up big time, in a number of ways.

Because the judge said Plames's status and the war in Iraq were off limits; of course, then he let Fitz rant about Plame and the Iraq war. I think Napalitano is wrong, and that there are good grounds for appeal.

Because they didnt lie to the FBI or the grand jury. Libby did. Judge wouldnt allow them to be witnesses because it wasnt germane to the charges which were did Libby lie and obstruct or not. Its all about the "coverup" not any underlying crime. Libby was not charged with saying whether the Wilson charges were true or not, he was charged with lying about how and when he found out about Wilson and his wife and what he knew about her status at the FBI.
