This speech was previewed on FNC this morning. I checked the other channels, Fox appears to be the only one showing him live.

Unfortunately I have to get moving, a memorial service to attend at 11am today...so I can't transcribe. I heard that he'd be speaking on the new offensive in Afghanistan, as well as the progress of the "surge"in Iraq.
Currently talking about healthcare for veterans. I haven't heard any comments about what's going on at Walter Reed, but I have been in and out.
I missed that part.

MSNBC is carrying a commercial.
CSPAN is covering Congress and Senate hearings.

Bob Dole and Shalala were appointed to lead the commission on the veterans hospital issue.
The President made me laugh so hard this morning when he had trouble quoting someone and said, "He has trouble with the English."
