He said again that opinions are never, ever changed in oral arguments, and that he has never, ever seen an opinion change in the discussion among the justices, which, he says, is extremely brief. There is absolutely no "one-on-one" buttonholing, either.
I was listening to Dennis Prager interview her and she got "unprecedented" access to the justices and their papers (8 out of the nine justices). I've not read it yet, but it's gotten very good reviews.
