I don't care what it was for, Giuliani made a decision to dress up in drag, he realized pictures would be taken and he knew they wouldn't just 'go away'.

I think there is something to that. Rudy kinda transcends parties. For some people thats a really bad thing. Me? maybe it would be good if we had a prez that most of the country liked. The last time that happened was prolly under Reagan.
