History should show that team to be more than great because they not only had to lead the War on terrorism, they had to fight off the Rat Party cut and runner, defeatists throwing up roadblocks for the last three years straight. If they (rats) believed in a higher being, they would be running for cover with both hands above their heads trying to block the lightning bolts of punishment they so justly deserve.
History will show that the Bush/Cheney team in the aftermath 9-11, a recession inherited from Clinton and the Katrina disaster contributed greatly to the country's recovery in the face of those disasters. On the world stage they will be remembered for bringing freedom to the oppressed countries of the Middle East and Afghanistan, irregardless of the outcome of the current conflicts in those areas.
