I find Giuliani, Romney, and McCain's politics a lot more offensive than Anne indirectly calling Edwards some name. Nobody cares when Al Franken gets high and drunk and assaults conservative columnists at public events, which he does on a regular basis. But suddenly this is a huge scandal? The liberals on a daily basis call Bush and our military far worse names and accuse them of doing far worse things.

I too think it was terrible that Ann declined to call Edwards a "faggot".

I also think Lenny Bruce should be disinterred and his body tarred and feathered- in a socially and politically conscious manner. Of course it should be done in an environmentally responsible way too!

....because it is a ill timed slur....some African Americans refer to each other as ni**er....and I'm sure most blacks are proud to be black....so would it be ok if Ann got up and called Obama a ni**er?....many here may think he is and feel that way....but using the slurs in that way only serve to give them ammo
