True, Ann's idiotic rants might just encourage liberal turnout. I've seen plenty of liberal newspaper columnists use her as an excuse to sermonize that all "progressives" have to vote or the eeeeeeeeeeevil hate-filled Ann Coulter types will get elected and lynch blacks, jail homosexuals, etc.

I have literally met dozens of people (often young women) who were brought into the conservative movement by Ann Coulter.
