The L&O episodes with Thompson are some of the better ones. He likes to slap around the libs on his staff, and does it very well. It gives you a warm a fuzzy feeling watching it.

I actually find Mr. Thompson to be a respectably good actor, as well. I've enjoyed most of the roles I've seen him in. I was almost glad he want back to acting, but I'd certainly like to see him as President as well.

Actually, Fred was an accomplished actor before he got into politics. Watch some old Tom Clancy movies... He plays tough military authority types.

They talked about this on the Fox News "panel" tonight and none of the three "Krauthamer, Kondrake, Barnes) thought he would actually run or that he would be a particularly good POTUS.

Funny, I was talking with my dad about him running for POTUS in 1999.
