There is absolutely no evidence of any association between Giuliani and NAMBLA. The fact that he happened to be on the same street on the same day with whackos from NAMBLA along with maybe 500,000 other people is meaningless and you know it. This is exactly the kind of political smear from the religious right that people have gotten sick of. It backfired when you did it to Jim Webb, and it will backfire here. As I said earlier, you vastly underestimate the depravity of the American public. And that includes Republicans everywhere but the bible belt.
But keep it up. The swing voters hate your guts, so much so that if any candidate runs with a whiff of your support, he loses in places like Virginia, Pennsylvania and Missouri. It helps Giuliani in the end.
Engaging in selective reading?
Go back to post 53. Rudy is a MEMBER of Stonewall.
Now, keep that in mind and go back and read the Spirit of Stonewall editorial at post 53 that discusses the dispute about NAMBLA marching then read the last paragraph of the posted article again about NAMBLA marching.
Emphasis:
the organizing committee of Stonewall 25 is dominated by those intent on imposing political censorship. To march in the parade, groups must take the equivalent of a loyalty oath. They must pledge their support for age-of-consent laws. Any group that favors the abolition of these laws has been denied permission to march. The obvious intent of this ruling is to keep the North American Man-Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) out of the parade, presumably from a desire to avoid bad publicity. But it galls me that people are being excluded not for what they do but for what they think.
