Not at all. As I've stated repeatedly in the last several days, all that insanity has sent a considerable number of freepers over to the Rudy side of the equation.
It's also fun to watch the hysterics who happen to agree with that characterization of Rudy supporters.
I'm just waiting for the next vanity that maybe calls freepers who like Rudy murderers.
You'd have to be an especially weak-minded person to be persuaded not by your own logic but by the comments of anonymous internet posters.
Quite frankly, many of the people I see supporting Rudy I also saw supporting CFR, NCLB, the Prescription Drug Act, etc. In general, my observation is that this group tends to support more liberal policy. Certainly everyone is welcome to their opinion, and I'm not suggesting otherwise.
But let's be honest - many of the Rudy supporters are throwing fits and claiming to be victims simply because they're in disagreement with the site owner. And oddly enough, many of these folks are quick to throw out Jim's comments when it happens to support their case. So watching them cry and moan about the state of the forum is...funny. "Shadenfreude" comes to mind.
Jeez. You may be right. And will it be allowed to stand?
