Former Sen. Rick Santorum has drawn at least one conclusion about the Republican presidential primary field: Anybody but John McCain.
The Pennsylvania Republican, who signed a contract Thursday as a Fox News contributor, said that he has spoken with every GOP candidate except the senator from Arizona but that its still too early for him to endorse.
The only one I wouldnt support is McCain, Santorum said during an interview in his office at the Ethics and Public Policy Center in Washington, where he is a senior fellow.
I dont agree with him on hardly any issues, Santorum said. I dont think he has the temperament and leadership ability to move the country in the right direction.

I like that "Anyone"
I knew there was a reason why I thought Santorum losing in '06 was our worst loss... He needs to get back into politics somewhere.
I would never have voted for the Manchurian Candidate.
Santorum is a ray of sunshine and a breath of fresh air here in Pennsylvania. I hope he gets back into politics.
I'm looking forward to seeing him on Fox News, and I can't wait to read his book on the islamic threat.
McCain 's coziness with Ted Kennedy (taxes, immigration) is surely damaging, but I believe that ulimately it's his hostility to free speech that seals his fate. He'll never get the 'new media' behind him.
He should run for president.
McCain should drop out ASAP.
Dang. And I had been leaning towards Mcnotsain. I even wrote a poem about it.
I read that as "McSnotStain," and giggled for five whole mintues. Thanks for brightening an otherwise rainy and floody morning!
Santorum was too conservative for PA. Senator Specter is more of a representative of their views, whether we agree with them or not.
:-)
Specter is a POS! It is sad if that is a reflection of his electorate.
The first comment from Exnjcop below the story sums up my position. Both Democrat and Republican parties have shifted towards the Socialist Worker Party.
I know, but maybe the electorate is starting to have second thoughts about their vote now. "buyers remorse"
It would definitely make the debate a lot more interesting.
I suspect 'broken-glass' republicans would also be 'ABM' republicans.
****And I had been leaning towards Mcnotsain. I even wrote a poem about it.***
I want to hear your poem.....
It was a dark and dreary night
When along came a Senator supposedly from the Right
McCain said it was he
But it was not to be
The senator was rusted, distrusted and trite
But the media loved him dearly
And he loved them back sincerely
never saw a mike he could refuse
or a liberal he couldn't excuse
his true love in life was CNN TV
****And I feel sorta ashamed ****
Shame on you!
