DEDHAM, Mass. -- The man who stabbed his own lawyer at his rape trial earlier this week returned to court Thursday under heavy security, where he aggressively asked the attorney: "You still breathing?"

Lawyer John Courtney has withdrawn from the trial of Che Sosa, who allegedly stabbed him with a sharp, makeshift weapon made out of plexi-glass Tuesday. Superior Court Judge Charles Grabau also excused himself from the case because he witnessed the attack.

Why is HE still breathing??? He should have been shot and killed on the spot by courtroom security officers.

Corrections officers in helmets, gloves and padded chest protectors led a handcuffed and shackled Sosa to his court appearance Thursday. The suspect was wearing leg irons in court Tuesday.

And of course, after he is convicted, he will appeal (thereby wasting even more of taxpayers' money on his useless life), claiming the jurors were unduly influenced to think he was guilty, by all the extra armor on his courtroom guards.

The footage shown on the TV newscasts was outrageous. This vile individual was mocking all even prior to the entrance of the courthouse.

One question how was he allowed to get a weapon into the courthouse to begin with?

Whew! If I were that lawyer, I wouldn't even want to get a parking ticket, much less do anything illegal...

My uncle is a retired CO and said those inmates could make weapons from anything they put their hands on. I just thought security in the courthouse would be a little better, that guy looks like a monster.
