Rudy won't pick Mitt either. The GOP can't have two Northeasterns on the ticket. I read on another conservative website that Rudy might be interested in Mike Pence.

I'm amazed Giuliani is winning in SC.
Not South Carolina, just Spartanburg.
Aiken County held their straw poll last week and he only got a few votes.

Rudi Guliani and JC Watts. That's the ticket that slays the Hildabeast! Unbeatable.

Yes, it's a bit early for the mudslinging. (Well, at least between the candidates. On FR, it's already in full season.)

Mitt already trashed Rudy and McCain. Not a good thing to do. I agree, he doesn't look like a viable VP.
To: FairOpinion
This shows that Rudy has it in the bag.
If he can make it there...heh.
Hunter will come in second in Iowa and knock Romney and Brownback out. But Hunter will collapse in New Hampshire, which likes trade and doesn't like social conservatism. Then it's Rudy v. McCain in SC and beyond. Rudy blows McCain away and takes the nomination.
To: Txsleuth
yeap I notice that, McCain should have at least come and faced us.

I think it'll be Rudy/Huckabee.
Huckabee's a religious Republican who the MSM doesn't hate for some reason. He'll keep religious folks voting GOP in the south without garnering the "scary religious guy" meme from the MSM.
To: NorCalRepub
That most voters listed WOT, security and economy as their priorities Those are the ONLY Issues that will matter in 2008.

I don't think regionalism matters much anymore as to the location of the candidates, and Mitt is not tied to any region really, or is tied to Michigan, Massachusetts, and Utah. Style of course still matters, and Rudy has a New Yawk style, but Mitt is white bread.
