If I had my way we would toss out every stinking one of these smoldering piles and start from scratch, with the major rule being no lawyers and no millionaires,could run for office.

How about we put a computer in everybody's home. Every Tuesday, people should sit down and read one law only (written simply) and then vote on it. Maybe we have some extra data that gives the pro and con of the law.

Anyway, we get rid of the need of a representative.
