yeah, you really cannot find stuff this weird in negative utopia fiction even. The sad part is the brits are at the point politically were even a tory sweep (which none predict) at the national level would not stop the juggernaut bureaucracy behind this trend. It is, for all practical purposes, unstoppable, and realistically will not be stopped barring major economic depression/crisis.

a) All British citizens should be British and there should be no Indian Britons, much less British Indians/Asians (apparently the more common term).
b) It should be a meritocracy, or at least reflect the racial composition of the region.

It's like a Monty Python skit. I picture a couple of blokes with heavy cockney accents punishing some blighty little town because it's a too British. "Blimey! Can't 'ave that now, can we guv?"
Easy. They either took over people much smaller (in numbers) or weaker than them. With India, they first worked themselves into the Indian social structure, and then took over when the Indians tried to remove them (violently).
P.S. The British Empire was a shameful part of British history, and is not something to be admired.
Don't let certain Republicans off the hook. For that matter the RNC as well. They all favor the invasion we are currently under in this country right now. Not to a mention that quite a few here seem to favor selecting a new President who also does.
