Excerpt -

A primary school caretaker has appeared in court charged over a series of letter bombings.

Miles Cooper, 27, accused of 12 offences under the Explosive Substances Act and the Offences Against the Person Act, appeared at Banbury Magistrates' Court in Oxfordshire. He was arrested at his home on the outskirts of Cambridge at around 3am on Monday following a surveillance operation.

Seven of the 12 charges relate to seven letter bombs, three of which were posted to forensic science laboratories, one to a residential address and another three to companies with links to traffic enforcement. The other five charges against Cooper relate to the people who were injured after opening them.

I sense that this will become a well exploited photograph on FR over the coming years.

I... don't know what to say...

My sense of propriety is warring with the notion that this surely MUST be an outtake still from "Mr. Bean"...

According to the Beeb:

"And two of the parcels contained names of animal rights protesters, including Barry Horne who was jailed and died while on hunger strike in 2001."

He's an animal rights kook!! I guess animals lives are more valuable than humans.
