Temperature ceiling? Sounds o.k., but who's going to tell Mr. Sun?
Do any of these scientists who want to set a Temperature Ceiling have any idea where the earth's thermostat is located?
Is the horrible effects of Global Warming any worse than the horrible effects of efforts to stop it will be.?
While they are at it, they can just pass a UN resolution declaring that global warming doesn't exist and solve the whole problem.
The socialists think they can regulate anything. That's why the USSR failed. Democrats (socialists) would have been right at home in the former USSR.
