Some years ago there was an environmentalist rally on the Mall, and a couple of weeks later a pro-life rally. The Washington papers were reporting how much trash had to be picked up after the greenies rallied. My son told me after the pro-life rally that he had volunteered to help clean up, but there was very little to pick up (that never made the papers). The pro-lifers put their trash in the trash cans. The greenies, by contrast, just threw it on the Mall.
I'm sure somone is planning on the logistics for the event. I'm confident that afterwards it will be found that the anti-defense crowd has trashed the Mall, while our people picked up after themselves.
Every one of the Marine Veterans (40) coming with me will be carrying at least one extra large trash bag.
