It's a great racket - I think I'm going to start a business like this, to get paid for *not* doing something. Al Gore's family were farmers, so they know all about getting paid not to do something.

In fact, the man who paid Al Gore's family to "do nothing" was Armand Hammer, a known Soviet-Sympathizer who moved to the Soviet Union and made a fortune there.
