ROLLA, Mo.: Nearly two dozen people are being decontaminated after a white, powdery substance was found on a man threatening "terrorist-type" actions at the University of Missouri-Rolla, school officials said.

Just watched the press conference. Not identifying suspect except to say that he was an "international" student. He also threatened to blow up the building.
