I doubt very much that Rudy would make a 'pandering' mistake like that. I think he will say we all have a RKBA, that some form of regulation is appropriate at the STATE level based on the laws inacted by those local populations. But I do not of course speak for Rudy! :)

IMO, they shouldn't, hence the reason state's rights are so critical. Of course this is excepting those rights secured by the US Constitution, which must apply everywhere.

and everyday, there would be shootings over minor incidents. because in a city like this, where everyone is in close quarters; walking, on public transport, in stores and eateries - there is alot more person to person interaction then there is in parts of the country where the lifestyle is different.
