1 to 5 ratio of riot cops to rioters and not a single arrest? Someone wasn't trying very hard.
To: CAWats
No arrests? What kind of BS is that?

the riot was a life-style choice, we must not be judgemental.

Riots at concerts go all the way back to the Fifties. I can't speak to any Big Band Era riots, but there has been many Rock Riots. Altamont and the Cincinnati Who crush are some of the notables.

The solution is quite obviously to give them more free medical care. And maybe throw in "goodie bags" too(?)

LOL, that is really lame to not even mention the name of the band in the report.
I must say, though, one Mexican rock band I really like is a band called 'Kinky'. Excellent!

Watsontown (as the old locals used to call it) was such a neat place 40 years ago. I enlisted in the Army there at the recrusiting office above the old Steamroller Bar on the plaza.
It must be 90% Mexican today. I have no doubt the local cops didn't make an arrest. Rioters will just be rioters.
Welcome to the 3rd world.

Angry rock fans destroyed a concert hall sound system, broke windows and shattered bar glasses and set a car on fire when a popular Mexican rock band got stuck in the snow Right. Outstanding.
Must be more of that lovley "culture" we are all supposed to get goose bumps about.
