DC Metroland weather report ~ Today..... Partly sunny. Highs in the lower 50s. Southeast winds around 5 mph...becoming west this afternoon. ~ Tonight.... Mostly cloudy in the evening...then becoming partly cloudy. Lows in the lower 30s. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph.
Looks like just the right thread to post some recipes. I'll go shopping to see what I can find.
But, right now, it's time for me to make my rounds. I've got reports to get to and need to say my howdy's first. But, you stay right where you are. Don't touch that dial. Don't change that channel. Put down that remote. Don't leave the room. Keep your eyes on your monitor. Cause...............I'll be bock!
Now remember, the Canteen is
So, come on in and sit for a while. There's always plenty of coffee, pancakes, conversation, silliness, and plain old BS

Good morning and (((HUGS))) EG. Yeah, a pretty busy day for me. But I'm going to try to sneak in the Canteen as much as possible. I do have to run an errand later today and it will give me a chance to walk since it'll be a tad warmer today.
Hope you have a good time while you're in town today. Doing some shopping?
WOW!
Good morning and ((HUGS)) Meg.
Temps here are going near 50 today so I plan on getting out for a quick walk. I see that the cherry blooms outside my window are trying to open up. I'm with you....I think spring is just around the corner! Yippeeeee.

Ms Feather!
Military Chefs & Cooks!
I'll drink to that!
Today's FEEBLE
YOKE:
A man who thinks he's George Washington has been seeing a psychiatrist. He finishes up one session by telling him, "Tomorrow, we'll cross the Delaware and surprise them when they least expect it."
As soon as he's gone, the psychiatrist picks up the phone and says,
"King George, this is Benedict Arnold. I have the plans."
I would love to see the cherry trees in bloom.
I am glad you have a more moderate day ahead!
On the way home we'll get some chicken from the grocery store for supper.
((HUGS))Good morning, MEG33. How's it going?
