I'm a Maryland native, but I'm out of here as soon as I comfortably can be. Maybe six months. This place has gone over the deep end.

Tonight or tomorrow they're trying to ban all semi auto guns for Christ's sake.

Ditto. The Dem political machine is firmly in control. They have Baltimore City and Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties. That's all they need. There are probably 40 other states I'd like better (and maybe soon, that number will be 49)

You may like Florida. I moved here from MD 12 years ago and have never regretted it. I couldn't stomach Paris Glendenning and that idiot Kennedy woman. Not to mention Paul Sourbrains and the dumbest US Senator of them all Babs Mikulski.

We've got no income tax. Maybe soon no property tax too! We have a Republican dominated legislature. The only problem is that droves of liberals from NY/NJ have moved here, as well as a lot of 'rat voters from PR. Not surprisingly, crime has greatly increased. It's probably only a matter of time before 'rats make us a tax hell and drive this state into the ground like they have the northeastern states. The judges and corrupt city councilmen, tend to be stealth 'rats elected in races labeled as "non-partisan" .

I hate to break it to you, but Maryland went over the deep end long ago.
