Are they pounding Romney [at the Boston Globe]? Figures.

You bet, see here for a compendium of hit pieces. That the Boston Globe, who knows Romney best, should take such an active interest in producing hit pieces against him, butresses my famous RINOdar theory of Romney conservatism.

This theory holds that the MSM hostility to Romney originates from the MSM's superior RINOdar. They identify the RINO's and provide them puff pieces. The MSM directs its fire on electable conservatives. The profusion of MSM anti-Romney hit pieces, especially from the Globe, provides a Romney conservative bona fide.

That the Globe produced a Hunter hit piece isn't proof of his conservatism, evidence for which Hunter has no need, but is a sign of his electability.

But in New Hampshire alone, Hunter's Peace Through Strength PAC made two separate ad buys on WMUR-TV in Manchester totaling $17,575. Both purchases were made after Hunter opened his presidential committee, which is supposed to cover the costs of his run for the White House.
Hunter filed his Statement of Organization on 1/12/07 and his Statement of Candidacy on 1/23/07. Now I don't know what date the buys occured on but it's alledged that the ad buys were after Hunter announced his candidacy....

The question becomes is it okay for all candidates to use various PACs to promote or feature them in their material/ads.

"may violate" The whole point of this article was to get the accusation out there. I guess it succeeded.

The laws are simple: If it is not a democratic ad, it is illegal.

Or you are named John McCain. Although I'm not sure there is really any distinction there.

I wonder when they're going to criticize Hillary for paying for the endorsement of a South Carolina pastor...

and because he is anti-illegal immigration and strong on border security. If he were the opposite on just these two issues, it would be Guiliani who?

It may not just be the democrats.

The front runners of Guliani and McCain are pushing to have as many primaries as quick as possible and at the same time to make it financially impossible for the use of retail campaigns.

No face to face with the voters.

It has gotten to the point where your presidential aspiration committee must be formed when you are in the womb in order to be able to adress the attacks from friend and foe.

Democrats and RINOs.

(sarcasm on)
Silly voters don't you know, the AP, Reuters, and CNN have annointed a subway election. It will be Guliani vs Clinton. Everyone else go home. Candidates are only allowed to disagree on how high to increase taxes.

Primaries have become corronations per edict of the DNC and the DC press corps.

Please submit all disagreements with the edict of the MSM via the AP in NYC for proper circular filing.

(sarcasm off)

Will the RNC come out today, stating that they are fully behind him and that nothing illegal was done?

This is "serious" stuff. I expect all the networks to be covering this today, even if they have to bump ANS.
