I remember the very first time my cable company added FNC and I tuned into O'Reilly. He was putting the moves on his gal co-host. I was shocked at his open flirting. Blech.

Now I often ask myself why I nagged the cable company for so long to get FNC.

I didn't watch the interview, but the gun issue is puzzling, as I did see O'Reilly in a discussion with Geraldo and Bill admitted that he carries. So, I gathered he isn't the 2nd Amendment.

Say what you want about O'Reilly but he is the only guy I hear going after the Judges and Politicians about Child Abuse.

41 States have enacted Jessicas Law which mandates 25 years to life for first offenders of children, directly on the efforts of O'Reilly.

He will do something you don't see elsewhere: he will sit down one on one with a leftie, and ask the questions I want to hear asked (at least a lot of the time).

So will Sean Hannity and do it with more class, less arrogance and much more information backing him up AND he's a real conservative. Bill BLOVIATES.

Love him or hate him, I respect him for what he does for the children. That cannot be questioned.

I don't actually KNOW what he does for the children and if it's a good thing...he deserves the applause. The problem is that all those gun control freaks are always wringing their hands and ranting...it's for the children... with equal fervor. By his own admission he's pro gun control. If part of his speil is that it's for the children well...projectile barf alert!

I don't believe felony criminals or the insane should be allowed guns.

That's not gun control. That's addressing the problem with the people as it should be. Those individuals have been adjudicated through the system (presumably the insane have been found that way by a qualified psychiatrist because they've committed a CRIME). Those targeted groups HAVE NO CIVIL RIGHTS. Therefore they have no 2nd Amendment rights. I'll say it again, what you suggest is not a valid defination for gun control. Anything further, including the ridiculous controls on full auto firearms...is something with which I disagree. I also disagree with the need to have a CCW "permit" system. This country should follow the Vermont model. I suspect that assertion would drive Bill into full rant mode.

true Sean does it well. I am not a huge fan of him as a commentator, but he mixes it up in the ring as well as anyone. Colmes is so bad that at times I think he is on our side. Bill O is an a$$, but it's fun when a lib is on the receiving end.

Nothing like logging on to FR first thing in the morning and getting a mirror DU post. I haven't been FReeping much lately and this post is a prime example of why.

That's interesting. I've NEVER been to Democrat Underground in my life. Heard about it...here. But never visited. You seem to know all about it. Regular lurker gawker over there are we?

Perhaps if he said all the right hateful things and actually did nothing like Limbaugh...

HATEFUL THINGS? Did I read that correctly? So a real conservative is supposed to say hateful things and then ACT OUT in a hateful manner? Like maybe shriek ALLAH-HU AKBAR and fly and an airplane into a building full of innocent men and women going about their business in a nonviolent manner? So you've been TROLLING here for three years under the radar. Well, now you've been outed. No wonder you don't post here much. Folks catch the way you really feel (as I did above) and you'd get the VIKING KITTY ZOT! Run along...

Right on dawg! Love him or hate him I don't want to see cable TV without him. Would all you O'Reilly haters rather tune into Larry King and watch the "soft ball" game?

I bet you just love Larry King! He's not pompous but then again, no personality and no hard ball questions to his guests. It's a love fest. At least Bill is a man.

I can take about a half hour a week of Savage.

I read Savage's first book and he sounded pretty good...at first. He's a shrill SHILL for the brown shirt neo-nazis. But he does seem to tap into some kind of deep seated psyche of hate that a lot of Americans don't like to admit to themselves.

He wants order.

Now that's an interesting observation! Hadn't really considered that angle. I think you're correct. That's a scary proposition. He could be another Goebbels in the making. Maybe news anchor for the AntiChrist?

"You forgot O'Reilly is also a poster child for "Global Warming".

I never did like this idiot."

His comments about SUVs and such just prove how out of touch with the real world out in fly-over country. Living in NYC and having one kid, he has no need for transportation. Besides, his nanny prolly has the SUV that gets the kid to extra cirricular activities.

FOX News is going down the tubes and O'Reilly is one one them leading the way full charge these days. His recent policy of let's have Rivera on all the time and the stupid body language nonsense is getting real old. What next Tarot Card reading from Gypsy Momma?

But in general FOX NEWS as a whole has took a huge downturn in the past few months with it's reorganizing. If you want news go elsewhere. FOX is far too focused on Tabloid style stories these days. Breaking News after 10:00PM forget that also The show Red Eye Express? Horrible and you can't even watch the news scroll during it. Putting Rivera back om his own show cheapens their credibility as well.

You would be amazed at how children learn in a well-ordered classroom, all of them. WE experienced that in RC schools.

Ummmm did you read my "about" page? I'm a high school educator for the last almost 19 years. For the last eleven years I've been at two different inner city high schools and been made social studies Teacher Of The Year at both. I know what I'm talking about and I agree with you. But you're preaching to the choir, here. "School discipline" is one thing. Teaching as part of a New World Order is something else and that's where our schools have been headed for the last fifty or so years.

I agree with Bill on all these, given certain circumstances, and I think you and the rest here on FR would also. I don't believe felony criminals or the insane should be allowed guns.

Good when you screw up on your business taxes or run afoul of the many laws now constituting felony known and unknown most of which are non violent, I'm very certain we can count on you to turn all weapons in that you own. Just give them to me I'll take them off your hands.

Simply make it a law any person convicted and on probation for a violent crime INVOLVING A FIREARM be denied the right to own one. Enforcement? Very simple. Catch said person with such on their person and arrest them. Put them away the remainder of their sentence plus 20 years. End of problem.

As for the rest of the law abiding citizens of this nation? Rescind each and every federal and state gun law on the books including waiting periods, back ground checks, licensing, and permits, etc which will end gun control. Will Rudy propose doing that? Of course not. He will propose making it even harder for We The People to own weapons much less carry.

If you believe he will do otherwise can I sell you a bridge in Brooklyn? Big Brother knows best and Big Brother Control is Rudy's way of life. He will not get in office on my vote.

Bill O'Really? and the Nose-Pin zone.

The only thing he has done right in years is banging the drum to put pedophiles and the judges who enable them in the spotlight.
