FReep this poll: Giuliani vs Duncan Hunter:

Thanks for the objective response.
Read post 747. She said it is NOT a rule. Damn, you must be hitting the really hard stuff tonight to go with your bulgarian marching music.
Yes, there are lots of posters who believe a Brit has no right to an opinion, unless, of course, the Brit feels that Duncan Hunter (who?) would make a good president.
Yeah, you are entitled to an opinion, even if you are wrong. :)
Well, she must be far MEANER and NASTIER than I am, to have gotten herself banned. I'm still here. :-)
It's common courtesy.
Why that is construed as "rudeness" is beyond me. What should be clear, however, is that you're carrying a personal gripe from another thread into this one, a gripe, whose basis I don't even recall.
Finally, I believe you are not the arbiter of whether or not people from other nations can speak up, nor are you the arbiter of that content. If Jim Rob wants to ban me, as I have consistently said, he is well within his rights to do so. If he does, I will not protest, nor say another word about Free Republic on any other forum.
Ivan
That CAN be a good thing. :-)
Regards, Ivan
Well, we know for sure Hillary can't.
I think it's the plastic surgery that makes Nancy's face look like Cher.
Get a grip... as we redneck Yanks say.
No one's talking about banning. And I also welcome respectful posters from all nations.... as I already said.
Okay, I've got to take a break while it's still daylight here.... let's keep this "interesting" thread bumped...
Y'ALL....;^)
I have to admit it was a hard concept for me to grasp. But it came with an understanding that God is so much bigger than the box we put Him in.
You may judge me at your leisure.
"I know he did some good stuff, and he's not as thoroughly evil as some here make him out to be."
Thank you for acknowledging that. Some of your cohorts on here won't do that and I think that's what drives the Rudy supporters crazy. I know it does me. Its not that you disagree with us, its that Rudy is made to look like a total liberal on everything when that's far from the truth.
"He also did some stuff I couldn't support that outweighs the good, especially when there are far better candidates in the race."
Here's the honest disagreement.
But thanks for continuing this, so that everyone is able to see you for who and what you are.
Yes, there are. Right on this thread. Not only that they stooped to name calling and insults.
It certainly is in our best interest in this country to see that countries around the world have good presidents, prime ministers, etc... Many of us here certainly give our opinion on it..
MadIvan certainly has a right to have an opinion about our elections. And I'm glad to hear it too.
"Yeah, you are entitled to an opinion, even if you are wrong. :)"
LOL. You know by definition an opinion can't be wrong now :)
Ah, the old "God in a box" argument, the last refuge of those whose fast food theology has been called out. As far as judging, I judge a great many things - but do so without the flawed understanding of the liberal who takes the verse "judge not lest you be judged" and throws away the second half of the verse. For you see, the standard by which you judge is the one that shall be applied to you. So I feel quite comfortable condemning baby killers based on the Word of God, knowing that the assurances of salvation contained within that same word shall someday cover my sins courtesy of Christ's sacrifice.
The ones who much to worry about are the theological liberals who prune the Bible to their tastes like so many shrubs, for in establishing their own diety they entertain their own damnation.
Yeah, and I did really say "damnation" and "liberal" in the same sentence.
Come now...I've seen dozens of posts alluding to it. Allusions to the notion that supporting Rudy might lead to a ban, that this site has gone downhill and no longer relies on research, that some posters have "immunity", etc. Clearly it's a persecution complex.
But there is a large segment of FReepers that would just as soon see us gone.
I suspect the evolution folks would like to see creationists gone, and vice versa. The Terri Schiavo factions would like to see the other side gone. But until Jim actually starts banning people, what difference does it make? With the exception of Jim and the mods, individual posters have no control over who is banned and who stays.
