In total the Russian Federation deployed two generations of national missile defenses, consisting of 18 large radars and 12.000 SAM/ABM interceptors at 280 complexes. Moscow itself is protected by several thousands SAM/ABM interceptors. In 1992 and 1995 the Kremlin upgraded its SA-10s, including retrofitting them with new missiles and electronics with improved performance against strategic missiles. One SA-10 variant has been credited with a 0.9 kill factor against ballistic missiles...

That's just garbage. No ABM system has anywhere near that reliability.

And so we see again how the Commies and their American allies/moles in Washington DC has fought tooth & nail against American Missile Defence even to the point where TED 'Swimmer' Kennedy said it was technological impossible since its like a bullet hitting a bullet!

But here is the nagging questions: If it was/is so impossible back then, then why did the Russians pursue & develop it. Was it a matter of deliberately holding back America's military research & deployment and therefore acting as an agent of an Enemy Power during the height if the Cold War??!!

Just look at how consistently these leading democrats (Kennedy, Kerry, Fineswine & Co) has ruthlessly attacked the military & intel budget over the years and you see the picture that they dont have American security at heart.

Now America is in the final stages of developing & deploying its First Generation missile shield with a pitiful 6 missiles in Alaska while Russia is already had a OLD second generation system with 12,000 missiles in place!!! And the MSM and its allies are saying that its BAD for America to defend itself because it would upset the world balance of power!!

Talk about lying hypocrites & traitors...

Soviet ABMs used nuclear warheads. I assume the Russians do too.

Ted Kennedy is a bought and paid for mole of the soviet/csa government. He has done his best over the last 25 years to hobble our troops and military.
