Peltier executed two injured FBI agents at point blank range. The fact that this guy is a hero of the Lefty establishment boggles my mind!

(Isn't it peculiar that matter what the problem, the government's solution is always "more taxes".)

Peltier was the subject of a documentary financed by Robert Redford entitled "Incident at Ogalla." It was an effective piece of countercultural nostalgia for the dramas of the 60s and 70s.
Peltiers' innocence had been debunked by other Indians.

To the "Liberal Mind" (oxymoron) Peltier merely offed two "pigs". The Left hates, with a passion, any law enforcement. Since, to them, law enforcement serves the repressive capitalistic state. Once the guns and power are in their hands, well.....you know how the GPU, NKVD, KGB and Gestapo worked.

Peltier executed two injured FBI agents at point blank range. Peltier's trial was the second regarding the shootings of the FBI agents. In the first trial, those charged were acquitted because the jury found the shootings to be in self-defense.
We've just seen what a runaway federal prosecutor can do to two BP agents. From what I have seen, there is a good chance the same was done to Peltier. He at least should get a new trial that wasn't rigged to get the intended results after the feds whiffed on the first trial.
