Any State.

Right, it says "state" -- that means state government. The 14th says nothing about what individuals may or may not do.

"Due process of law" consists of a fair trial on a capital offense.

You're grasping at straws here, same as you were above. The 5th Amendment constrains government, not individuals.

If you want abortion banned nationally, amend the Constitution. Quit acting like a liberal and mistaking your policy preference for a Constitutional mandate.

First, the Constitution already protects life. It really doesn't need to be amended. But some people are too politically brainwashed to recognized that an unborn child is a human life. So, the Human Life Amendment was proposed which would amend the Constitution to provide a definition of human life to end further confusion. Endorsement of the passage of the Human Life Amendment is in the Republican Party Platform and has been there for decades. Look it up.

You seem to have the reading comprehension skills of an attorney. Are you one?

So, you think individuals have a right to alienate unalienable rights?

So, do you think any of the 50 states could constitutionally legalize murder?
