NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A local cab driver allegedly tried to run over two customers after a fight over religion became heated.
The incident happened early Sunday morning on the Vanderbilt campus and left one man hospitalized and a cab driver arrested, said police Two students visiting from Ohio were coming from a bar downtown when they got into an argument with their driver over religion, said police. After they paid the driver he allegedly ran them down in a parking lot.
Ibrihim Ahmned, of United Cab, was arrested and charged with assault, attempted homicide and theft. One of the passengers, Andrew Nelson, managed to outrun the cab but Jeremy Invus was taken to the Vanderbilt University Medical Center with serious injuries, said police.
Ahmed has been convicted of misdemeanors including evading arrest in a motor vehicle and driving on a suspended license, said police. Ahmed was charged with theft because police said the license plate on his cab was listed as stolen. His bond is set at $300,000.
"Religious argument"? When I saw that headline, I already knew what this story was suppressing.
So, how come this guy was driving a cab with a suspended license, a conviction for resisting arrest while driving, and stolen license plates?
Now one of these two young men is seriously injured. I hate to think what that means.
So, what will they do? Slap him on the wrist and let him go back to driving his cab?
Clearly, Muslims need to be denied cab licenses...
Oh, and what happened to the "hate crime" adder to the charges?

With that driving record, Yellow Cab wouldn't have hired him, way back when I drove for them to earn college money.

Exactly, what does a muzzie have to do to get charged with a hate crime in the US? Guess it's not acceptable to mention one of them and use the word "hate" in the same sentence.

Perhaps that is what the students were trying to explain to the cab driver?
"When they exited the vehicle, after having paid the cab driver for their fare, that's when the cab driver chased them down across the parking lot and ran them down," Officer John Pepper told WSMV-TV in Nashville.
Obviously this Ahmed guy was railroaded, because there is nothing in Sharia law regarding driving or license plates.
Absolutely, the libs insisted on that particular class of crime and now they refuse to apply it. I'd say that's just about as consistent as liberals ever are.
This sounds like a hate crime.
There have been many times in our country when the government did not fulfill its legal obligations and the citizens armed themselves and took care of business when the cowardly politicians did not...if another 911 or worse occurs, the politicians better step aside because there are a lot of us Americans who do not like what little is being done to protect this country from the Mexican invasion and the liberals who have abandoned their own masculinity in favor of radical muslims who don't give a crap about this country.
