Conveniently Forgotten Facts.
By Paul HarveyBack in 1969 a group of Black Panthers decided that a fellow black panther named Alex Rackley needed to die. Rackley was suspected of disloyalty. Rackley was first tied to a chair. Once safely immobilized, his friends tortured him for hours by, among other things, pouring boiling water on him.
When they got tired of torturing Rackley, Black Panther member Warren Kimbo took Rackley outside and put a bullet in his head. Rackley's body was later found floating in a river about 25 miles north of New Haven , Connecticut.
Perhaps at this point you're curious as to what happened to these Black Panthers? In 1977, that's only eight years later, only one of the killers was still in jail.
The shooter, Warren Kimbro, managed to get a scholarship to Harvard and became good friends with none other than Al Gore. He later became an assistant dean at an Eastern Connecticut State College Isn't that something?
As a '60s radical you can pump a bullet into someone's head and a few years later, in the same state, you can become an assistant college dean! Only in America !!
Erica Huggins was the woman who served the Panthers by boiling the water for Mr. Rackley's torture. Some years later Ms. Huggins was elected to a California School Board. How in the world do you think these killers got off so easily?
Maybe it was in some part due to the efforts of two people who came to the defense of the Panthers. These two people actually went so far as to shut down Yale University with demonstrations in defense of the accused Black Panthers during their trial.
One of these people was none other than Bill Lan Lee. Mr. Lee, or Mr. Lan Lee, as the case may be, isn't a college dean. He isn't a member of a California School Board. He is now head of the United States Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, appointed by none other than Bill Clinton.
O.K., so who was the other Panther defender? Is this other notable Panther defender now a school board member? Is this other Panther apologist now an assistant college dean? No,neither!
The other Panther defender was, like Lee, a radical law student at Yale University at the time. She is now known as The "smartest woman in the world."
She is none other than the Democratic senator from the State of New York---- our former First Lady, the incredible Hillary Rodham Clinton.
And now, "You know the rest of the story".
Pass this on! This deserves the widest possible press. Also remember it, when, she runs for President.
Of course, we should speak out against it. But it's as a good opportunity for some political jujitsu. These nuts who will be gathering for their "Emergency Summit" on Saturday could be useful in destroying Hillary's campaign.
Bravo! Well done FRiend!
That post goes into my 'keep and distribute' file!
You're much obliged, FRiend. A little history never hurt anyone. ;^)
With the Dims, it's never too late - in fact, they'd love the 2008 election in the middle of an impeachment battle. It would be in every campaign ad - even if their plans fail!
For the weather? No. It's an interesting site.
I'm keeping this info on Hillary also! BTW, do you have the original source address? (I like to keep those on file also.)
Love that phrase.
How bout a media event? Who is for going to Crawford and rounding up some hunting dogs and a posse and have a good ol' time hunting down Shehag's buried uterus? (I know you read these Cindy, best go dig it up now). We could then call the medical examiner to have him properly dispose of the trash.
Colgate University is having Weasley Clark as a speaker! They love them liberals.
It's really scary having the hippies run the country!
They're not hippies they're commies. I'm a hippie.
No I got this in an e-mail. Sorry. I'm sure the facts can all be checked. I've heard this before.
Sorry....
No, don't be. It was said in humor not in anger. Sometimes I just feel like dispelling the myth that all long hairs are liberals. Certainly the majority of liberals aren't long hairs.
My kids all had long hair. I told them they could if they kept it clean and neat, and for the most part, they did. But oh those polyester suits (smile).
That's what my dad told me. That was about 37 years ago. I had short, very short, hair for quite a while. Last time it was cut was in '93. Polyester suits? (shudder) ;^)
I was so happy not to have to iron everything any more that I embraced polyester! It made my life sooo much easier since I absolutely hated ironing. I'd get up in the morning, iron my kids clothes for the day and once in a while I'd get ambitious and do a bunch but that was rare (LOL).
LOL That is funny. I think I embraced the 'Fonzi' wardrobe early on. Blue jeans and seven T-shirts in the closet; one that says "Monday" one with "Tuesday" on it and so on... lol
Now that's wise! (smile)
