... smacks of pro wrestling. No you've got it! Keep that in mind when you watch, it'll explain a lot.

You're right. Even if it wouldn't change the winner, it sure changed the cars behind them! They are saying the yellow was out as soon as the winner crossed the finish line. Excuse me? Look at everything that happened as soon as Busch started the melee! I don't like it. Or understand it..

Nascar blew this one. See the photo cap series above...they were wrecking coming out of Turn 4...even before pit road entrance...the YELLOW should have flown as shown in Pics 1 and 2 - Mark was in the lead when the wreck started...Clearly Nutscar blew it.

Hollywood could learn a thing or too from the clowns running NASCAR nowadays.

Wanting crashes is one thing, but allowing the final results to be totally skewed by a last stretch crash smacks of pro wrestling.
I'm not defending them, not by a long shot, I'm just saying that they got what they wanted - the highlight reels for the next few days.
To: GRRRRR
Mark was leading. Under Nascar rules, he should have won.
However, Nascar rules tend to stink to high heaven.
To: NormsRevenge
I see the results page hasn't adjusted points for the teams that were penalized.

I just watched the ESPN highlights. They didn't show the last lap crash at all. Nothing.
NASCAR is hiding this one. They know they screwed over many teams and the sport in general.

Screw NASCAR. How freaking ridiculous.its obvious they consciously held the yellow so as not to invalidate the finish. they need to officially change the rule.
You guys are just too funny.
OceanView, I'm really laughing at your post....
BTW, not a Happy fan, glad to see him win it...yes.
I was up and dancing, hoping MM would win.
No tinfoil hats allowed here, though. So you are out there...somewhere.
Carling...."Screw Nascar...my driver got screwed!) (sic).... awwwww......just not fair, is it?
Both you guys crack me up.
However are you going to survive the full season?
giggle....

Kyle Busch caused it by dipping below the apron without the horses to win it.
His fault, 100%.

Your series of screen caps are conclusive. I didn't agree until I saw this. Yes, they screwed Martin out of his win.
Thanks. I will use those picks at my Pub.

I see the results page hasn't adjusted points for the teams that were penalized The race results will not show the penalties. The teams STARTED the race down 25,50, or 100 points already. The points they earned tonight are what they earned. The season standings will reflect the NEGATIVE points they started with.

Oh heck...you're all probably gone already, but I'm hopeful to find out why the yellow wasn't thrown. How awful for Martin.
