From the responses presented here, it doesn't look like we will. Like some late night comics, some freepers find prison assaults and rapes to be funny. But as long as such criminal conduct continues in our prisons, we must admit that we have failed to control those prisons and that those charged with administering those prisons have failed miserably.

Cuozzo is going to find out first-hand how it feels to be on the receiving end of a shank.

Check the sex offender registry for your area and see how many survive prison. Almost all of them do because they serve their time in protective custody.

Then I think we have a quick and easy solution to the problem of child molestation.

Sometimes it just fits the crimes.

Did you see this part?:

The woman, who is not identified in court papers, said the experience left her daughter distrustful of any touch. She washes her hands repeatedly, trying to feel "clean."

This child will probably feel dirty her entire life. What possible punishment is enough?

9/11 ordeal gets Blonde Bandit lenient
By: AP
February 4, 2004

New Haven, Connecticut: A judge sentenced a bank robber known as the Blond Bandit to a lenient four-year prison term, saying she suffered a mental condition worsened by volunteer work at Ground Zero after the September 11 attacks.

Prosecutors said Pamela Kaichen (44) went on a two-day spree across New York and Connecticut last May, robbing six banks. She told investigators that the more than $42,000 she stole was for the benefit of the September 11 victims, but all the money was found in her apartment and rental car.

“It’s clear this defendant was acting under significant mental disabilities triggered by her horrendous experience at Ground Zero,” US district judge Ellen Bree Burns said at her sentencing on Monday.

Kaichen faced up to seven years under federal sentencing guidelines.

We most certainly are ready for that. The computer would become our new government, military, and economic policy device. Artificial Intelligence would run the roost for a short time until it becomes unreliable i.e. people would be wrongly accused due to some sort of virus or worm, much like our current system has corrupt DA's Judges and Lawyers. At this point a new system would be found and the process begun all over again. Achieving the same goals as humanity has been achieving time immemorial, through the latest means available. We are ready for this. I for one do not like seeing Nifong get away with what he has done. Best of all, the lawyers would be out of work.

For some reason people have less trust of a computer than they do of a person. Until that changes, a jury of our peers will be a jury of people too stupid to get out of jury duty.

A brief marketing campaign can change the world's minds. Remember "New Coke?"

Incorrect, New Coke bolstered the sales of Classic Coke thus soundly defeating the real enemy - Pepsi.

No, but he can always molest more infants and toddlers to go back.

I notice from reading the article that this pervert did not personally abuse any children, he just contributed to the continuing sexual abuse of children by collecting/trading pictures of the act.

The more people there are like this sicko who desire pics of kids being raped, the more people will create them.
