This is odd. While it's true that the intelligence community leaves a lot to be desired (Clinton emasculated it), this would amount to giving corporations government power.

The CIA shouldn't be too strong, the same with government--as weak as they can be while still serving their purpose.

Private corps. already produce all of our weapons systems and defense systems, Naval assets, aircraft. They already run the IT backbone of many of our bases, CENTCOM and the FAA so why not intelligence analysis?
