There is no question that there is a "greenhouse" effect. Otherwise, half the planet would freeze every night when there is no sunlight falling on it.LOL!! What a simple and elegant argument.

Thomas Sowell is one of our leading sharpshooters.
His book
"The Quest For Cosmic Justice"
is one of the leading works on separating the actions of the left from the agenda of the left.

Is it my imagination or, in the past half year or so, has there been some chinks showing up in Global Warming's armor?
It seems like more and more of the public is coming to its senses and finally realizing that it is just a big socialist HOAX.

I can attest to "climate change". It is drastic, and rapid. It is 10 below zero here in Minnesota now. In the matter of just a dozen weeks or so it will warm to 50 or so degrees, melting snow caps and thawing large bodies of water. We, in Minnesota don't call it "global warming", we call it SPRING! These blithering idiots!

There really needs to be a "umbrella" group for conservatives, a 529 type group to oppose left wing groups like moveon.org.
That group could take donations and battle the left wing agenda and the left wing candidates and the left wing media.

Yes, Virginia, there are skeptics about global warming among scientists who study weather and climate. There are arguments both ways -- which is why so many in politics and in the media are so busy selling the notion that there is no argument. If you heard both arguments, you might not be so willing to go along with those who are prepared to ruin the economy, sacrificing jobs and the national standard of living on the altar to the latest in an unending series of crusades, conducted by politicians and other people seeking to tell everyone else how to live.
Big Journalism sells leftist arguments because leftist arguments promote criticism over performance, and journalism is criticism of all performance. If Big Journalism had less influence, socialism would have less influence. That's why I'm interested in the reduction of the influence of broadcast journalism. Why Broadcast Journalism is
Unnecessary and Illegitimate

Mr. Sowell is excellent as always. Trouble is, no one in the MSM will pick this up. Not even Fox.

I have always been a great fan of Sowell's - he never fails to come through. If you ever want to give a liberal a really good book to help them understand basic economics, then Sowell is your man.
