Of course she was an advocate for the Contract with America . . . was there any GOP House member in 1994 who WASN'T on board?

Actually she was a front line advocate for the Contract. I believe her and her future husband were both strong on-air advocates for Newt.

BTW, so what that most if not all GOP supported the Contract. Is that supposed to make her support less valid?

No, but it does make her support less meaningful.

She was a left-wing dope for the most part, and cemented herself in that camp by being one of the only GOP members of Congress to vote for Clinton's infamous Family & Medical Leave Act in 1993.
