That's amazing. Y'all are good enough to find it, but can't even cut and paste the link - it can be text - into FR. And it just so happens that BOTH of you are unable to figure out that easy task.

Calcowgirl, AmeriBrit made the same nonsensical claim - that they don't know how to provide a link to it.

But Ameribrit had NO PROBLEM subsequently making a live HTML link to an FR thread.

This stinks to high heaven. Two posters making unsubstantiated allegations, referencing a PDF that took an hour to find in Google, yet they both say they can't figure out how to post a simple link to it. Or even just where they found it.
