Both Hillary and Bill Clinton campaigned for Angelides in CA, Arnold won anyway.
Rudy has an excellent chance of defeating Hillary in CA,using the Arnold approach.

Anyone who underestimates Rudy and over estimates one of the bottom tier GOPers, and/or is wishing for some great white hope to come in to save the GOP from a Rudy candidacy, is deceiving themselves; in spades.
To: RepublicanPOTUSin08
Rudy could definitely make Cali competitive, though Bill Clinton's name is gold in the Golden State and Hillary's going to have the edge. But Rudy will certainly beat Hillary in the industrial states that went for Kerry last time: Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, maybe Illinois and New Jersey. Between that and Hillary having to pour money into Cali and New York, it's hard to see how she even begins to play for the red states. Hillary and Rudy and their supporters: Two sets of liberals arguing over the spoils.
Before the war even starts.

Do we WANT a President who wins California?
To: FairOpinion
Hillary could take that state without spending $5. The only way a Republican wins is if we repeal Presidential term limits and Bill runs against her as a Republican.

See post 22. The Clinton "magic" is not invincible in CA.

Bill runs against her as a Republican. Well, that would make him the frontrunner amongst FRs new legions of liberals. After all, he meets their only two criteria: He's got an "R" by his name, and "he can win."

One more reason not to vote for Rudy.

I took a look at your bio...
So you are a fan of someone who's career was kept alive by organized crime? Interesting...

The Dems will NOT get withdtrawl of the troops, from Rudy, nor will they get raised taxes, bigger government, more welfare, open admissions to colleges, or a whole host of other things the love.
I suggest that you 1) stop making personal attacks on other posters 2) look at reality, instead of you day dreams 3) become more familiar with politics and how it works.

Uh if you're going to cheerlead for a RINO, bringing up Arnold who recently became "post partisan" probably isn't the brightest idea.

Hillary or Rudy. Pick one. To be a "choice" you have to provide two items. You've only given liberalism to pick from.

I was just asking why do some say that advocating gun registration tantamount to being a gun grabber.

Even if Hitlery gets CA, Rudy will utterly destroy the beast in NY which would guarantee a GOP victory.

Either way we end up with a liberal as our next President. America loses no matter who wins if those are the two candidates.
