Bush has NOT governed more conservatively since his election in 2001. CFR, free pills for granny, NCLB, billions in aid to Africa, etc etc - does ANY of that ring a bell? With the pitiful exception of his tax cuts (which will be made irrelevent in a few short years anyway to pay for all of his compassion) he has governed like a centerist Dem. Your assertion stinks as does your candidate Giuliani.

Huh? The last two presidents have performed in the exact opposite fashion to that statement.

Is that so? Then explain GW Bush - who has progressively grown more liberal in office...
